This easy spiralized zucchini with olives, chickpeas, and a Mediterranean dressing is a flavorful side dish that can be added to any lunch or dinner.


Prepare the Mediterranean Spiralized Zucchini

1. Spiralize zucchini and yellow squash and pat dry. Place in a bowl.
2. Top with red onion, chickpeas, olives, and tomatoes.
3. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
4. Pour dressing over vegetables.
