Make the Cookies

Yields 24–30 cookies
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  2. Mix together dry ingredients and then add the wet ingredients. Place spoonfuls of batter onto greased cookie sheet. 

  3. Bake for approximately 15–20 minutes.

    Delicious!

    Great cookies! Love the crispy texture! The dough was very oily - 3/4 cup oil is better. I replaced the vanilla with cinnamon and the flavor was awesome! The cookies spread out a lot in the oven so make sure to spread the far apart on the tray.

    Awesome!!

    Thanks for the heads up about the oil. I put in only 3/4 of a cup and mixed it by hand. They were delicious! only problem I had was that I refrigerated some of the dough and it was crumbly when I took it out but when I baked it they were ok.
