Diets 2 ounces yeast
4 tablespoons sugar
11 ounces Kedem Apple Juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 and 1/2 – 5 cups flour
3 medium onions, diced and sauteed in oil
1 teaspoon salt mixed with a pinch of pepper
Gefen Oregano (optional)
Sprinkle sugar on yeast and set aside.
Place remaining ingredients into a bowl and knead. Add yeast and continue to knead until dough is smooth.
Divide dough into three parts.
Roll each dough to a quarter-inch thickness.
Spread onions over dough and cut into three- by five-inch rectangles.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until top is golden and crust forms. Sprinkle salt and oregano while hot.

quick, easy and delicious!! I used spelt flour, organic sugar, grapeseed oil and orange juice and got fantastic results! So go ahead, don’t be shy and experiment!
