Diets 2 containers cream cheese (8 ounces each)
1/2 cup sugar plus 2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
1 cup milk chocolate chips
18 cookies
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the bowl of a mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix in chocolate chips.
Place a cookie in each cupcake holder. Top with cheese mixture.
Bake until center of each cake is firm, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 35 minutes. Allow to cool. Refrigerate.

I have the same questions? Please specify what type of cream cheese? Whipped? Or just soft? Also what type of cookie?
Please see the comment below about which cream cheese to use. As to what cookie, you can use any cookie you like! I’d recommend the Kinneret chocolate chip cookie dough- found in the frozen section of your supermarket

I would do a chocolate chip one. I see stella doro but I don’t know how the fudge will last.
