Chocolate chip cookies in just 10 minutes!
110 grams melted butter (unsalted)
150 grams light brown sugar
115 grams granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
200 grams flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
200 grams chocolate chips
Whisk butter, light brown sugar, and sugar until combined.
Add one egg and one teaspoon of vanilla, and mix until combined.
Add flour, baking soda, and salt and fold it in to form a dough.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Scoop up a tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius for five to six minutes.
Let them cool slightly and enjoy!
