These are basically adorable mini cheesecakes with your choice of yummy topping that will be gobbled up in no time! So simple to make, these can be made in advance and frozen or whipped up at the last second. You’ll love these and will keep coming back for another!
Combine cream cheese with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla sugar. Mix well.
Fill two-inch foil cupcake holders. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Will settle slightly when removed from oven.
Optional: Combine ingredients and garnish with desired topping.
Notes:
Freezes very well.
Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle over cheese snacks before baking.
Combine all ingredients except cherry pie filling. Spread over cheese snack. Place pie filling in center.
Combine ingredients, then add to a pastry bag and pipe over the cheese snacks.
