Main ingredients

  • 4 cups melon balls (about 1 melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew)

  • 4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint

Directions

Prepare the Melon Balls

Form melon into balls, using melon baller.

2.

Add remaining ingredients and toss together in a large bowl.

Notes:

To form perfect balls, you may need up to two melons. Can be made up to two days ahead.
