Ingredients

Mirin-Garlic Glazed Skewers

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cubed

Directions

Prepare the Mirin-Garlic Glazed Skewers

In a bowl, combine sugar, garlic, mirin, oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.

Preheat oven to broil. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.

3.

Thread chicken onto 18 skewers. Place on the prepared baking sheet and broil on high for six minutes, or until cooked through.
