heaping 1/4 cup brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, crushed or 6 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 and 1/2 tablespoons mirin
1/4 cup Gefen Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, cubed
In a bowl, combine sugar, garlic, mirin, oil, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Preheat oven to broil. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Thread chicken onto 18 skewers. Place on the prepared baking sheet and broil on high for six minutes, or until cooked through.
