Ingredients

Chocolate Molds

  • 1 ounce dark baking chocolate

  • 1 pound white baking chocolate

  • 1 pound praline paste

Directions

Make the Chocolates

1.

Over double boiler, melt chocolate and praline paste.

2.

When liquefied, pour into molds or petit four cups.

3.

Refrigerate until set.

Tips:

Add more dark chocolate to get various color tones.
