1. Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan.
2. Peel and chop the carrots and potatoes.
3. Add carrots and potatoes to the pan and then cook for about three minutes.

5. Add the remaining seasonings and water to the vegetables.
6. Move salmon into the vegetable pan. Cover and cook for half an hour.
