Mushroom Barley Soup


Submitted by Lychee   Easy and yummy soup


1. Sauté carrot, zucchini, celery, and mushrooms until tender.
2. Add barley, salt and pepper, 2 Tbsp mushroom soup mix, 2 Tbsp chicken soup mix.
3. Add water to fill and bring to a boil and allow to simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. This is for a 10 quart pot.
