For sure. Marinated things taste much better the longer they sit. (Love the spelling of your name.)

    Prepare mushrooms

How should i prepare the mushrooms? Do i chop off the stems? How about the brown fuzzy stuff?

There shouldn't be tons of fuzzy stuff on baby bellas. Stems are fine to eat.

Thank you Chaia, and I was meaning to ask on the regular mushrooms too, and they do have lots of brown stuff. Do i need to remove it or is it ok to eat?

So washing mushrooms is a no-no. I take a paper towel and make it slightly damp and rub off any dirt on the mushrooms.
