Diets Different yet delicious, this sweet nutty filling can easily be made as a filling for the humble blintz. This filling is sure to elevate your blintzes to a whole new level! This filling can be used on Passover if using a kosher for Passover blintzes recipe.
2 egg whites
1 and 1/2 cups Gefen Ground Walnuts
4 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
1/2 cup sugar
blintz leaves, homemade or store-bought
Beat egg whites until frothy, add ground walnuts to form a pasty substance.
Add lemon and sugar.
Place two tablespoons filling onto each blintz. Roll up.
