Ingredients

Oat-Mango-Date Smoothie

  • 1/2 to 1 cup oat milk

  • 1 cup frozen cubed mango, such as Beleaves

  • 1 small banana

Topping

  • fresh cubed mango and/or banana

Directions

Blend all ingredients. If you’re enjoying in a bowl with a spoon, use toward the lower amount of oat milk. If you’re enjoying in a cup with a straw, use the full amount. You can freeze the mixture and take single servings out to thaw to an icy consistency a couple of hours before.
