Perfectly flaky, fudgy brownies.
1/2 cup Glicks Flour
1/2 cup Gefen Cocoa Powder
3 eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Tuscanini Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an eight-inch Pyrex pan with Gefen Parchment Paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine flour and cocoa powder. Add in eggs, sugars, vanilla, and oil. Mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 42 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Leave to cool for 20 minutes, and then cut and serve.
