Diets I have a riddle for you. What takes five minutes to make, two hours to bake, and stays for seconds on the plate? You guessed it: This easy chicken dinner.
2 cups basmati rice
1 and 1/2 cups frozen peas
6 chicken thighs
3 and 1/2 cups Manischewitz Chicken Broth
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 cloves garlic, minced or 5 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add rice to a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cover with peas and chicken.
Pour broth over the top. Drizzle oil and lemon juice, and add garlic, parsley, and salt.
Cover and bake for two hours.

Would I need to make any adjustments to the temperature or the time needed if I used brown rice or quinoa?
Any other vegetable that could be used instead of peas?
Sure! You could really replace it with any frozen vegetable you’d like!
