For uniform-sized cubes, slice the chicken breast when it is half frozen. This chicken has a delicate sweet-and-sour flavor.
oil, for sautéing
1 pound (450 grams) chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup cashew nuts, for garnish
scallions, for garnish
Heat oil in a frying pan and add chicken cubes. Sauté until the chicken changes color. Remove chicken cubes from pan and set aside.
Add flour to the pan and stir quickly. Add orange juice, vinegar, and sugar. Cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens.
Return the chicken to the pan and cook for a few more minutes. Place on serving platter and garnish with cashews and scallions.
