Diets What I love most about this chicken recipe is, just how easy it is to throw together and how elegant it looks on the plate. This is one of those classic Pesach recipes we won’t skip.
6 dark chicken cutlets
1/3 cup white wine, such as Tuscanini White Cooking Wine
4 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Walnut Oil
3 tablespoons fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 teaspoons Gefen Salt
1 teaspoon black pepper (optional)
4 oranges, peeled and sliced into rounds
Place the chicken and all marinade ingredients in a bowl or bag.
Allow to marinate for at least two hours or overnight.
After marinating, preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Line a baking dish with Gefen Parchment Paper and add the chicken to the dish.
Layer the oranges on top of the chicken.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
