This salmon is so tasty and flavorful. Garnish it with orange slices and fresh parsley for a really nice entree dish.
4 slices salmon
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup Haddar Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic or 2 teaspoons crushed fresh garlic
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons flour
In a bowl, combine orange juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add salmon and marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove salmon from marinade (do not discard). Place in a pan and bake for 20 minutes uncovered.
Add two tablespoons flour to the marinade and microwave for about six minutes in two-minute intervals, mixing in between until thickened.
Pour over salmon and bake for another five minutes.
