12 to 16 ounces capellini or fresh angel hair pasta
3 green onions, checked and sliced
2 stalks celery, diced
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
3 carrots, julienned
1/3 cup black sesame seeds, as a garnish
1/3 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Haddar Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
dash of ginger
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well.
Mix the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
Place all the salad ingredients (except sesame seeds) in a large bowl together with the pasta.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to evenly coat.
Place salad into a Ziploc bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
Shortly before serving, transfer to a serving dish and top with black sesame seeds. Serve at room temperature.
