If you tried overnight oats before and weren’t impressed, you’ll want to try Esty’s recipe!
For more great cooking, watch Easy Does It!
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon Tuscanini jam (my favorite is forest fruits)
To a Mason jar or small container with a tight-fitting lid, add the oats, chia seeds, maple syrup and milk. Stir to combine.
Top with a dollop of jam and swirl into the oats or allow it to remain on top.
Seal tightly and refrigerate overnight or at least six hours. Enjoy cold.
