1 teaspoon neutral-flavored oil
1 egg
1/3 cup seasoned panko crumbs
pickle chips
coleslaw
secret burger sauce (see classic burger recipe)
bun of your choice
Heat up oil in a skillet on low heat.
Set up a small dredging station with one shallow plate containing the beaten egg, one plate containing the panko. Dredge each burger in egg followed by the panko and cook for eight to 10 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
Assemble the burger with sauce, the panko burger, pickle chips and coleslaw.
