This is a great fish recipe with a garlicky parmesan-panko crumb crust.
1 and 1/4 pounds tilapia fillets
oil, for brushing
2/3 cup Gefen Panko Crumbs
1/4 cup grated Tuscanini Parmesan
1 clove garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 and 1/2 teaspoons oregano
1 and 1/2 teaspoons paprika
juice of 1 lemon or about 3 tablespoons Gefen Lemon Juice
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Lay fish fillets on tray and brush with oil.
In a bowl, mix panko crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and paprika. Gently press mixture on top of fish fillets.
