Ingredients

Pareve Green Smoothie

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed

  • 2 large bananas, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen

  • 1/2 cup almonds, optional (omit to avoid a grainy texture)

  • 1/2 cup Beleaves Frozen Pineapple, chopped (or apples, kiwi, or mangoes)

Directions

1.

In a blender or food processor, blend avocado, bananas, almonds (if using), pineapple, lemon juice, and dates (if using) until smooth.
