hot paprika
2 cloves of garlic
coriander powder
fresh ginger grated
green chilli, cut into very small pieces
fresh coriander
lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
salt
black pepper
4 potatoes, boiled then diced into small cubes
cumin
1 cup of green peas
curry powder
garam masala (Indian spice)
1 onion
Boil the potatoes whole.
Peel and cut into small cubes.
Boil the green peas about 10 minutes.
Fry 1 onion diced until translucent.
In a bowl, mix the potatoes, the peas, the fried onion, the garlic, the ginger, the fresh coriander, the green chillis, and all the spices. Then finally, add the lemon juice.
Mix well and let sit in fridge about 20 minutes before filling the samosa so all the flavours incorporate well.
