Indian pastry dough for filling and lots of good flavour.

Directions

1.

Mix all ingredients and add lukewarm water a bit at a time until a soft dough forms.

2.

The dough should feel elastic and flexible.

3.

This dough can be filled with either meat, fish, or a parve filling.
