Passion Cherry Popsicles

Ingredients

Cherry Layer

  • 2 cups fresh cherries (pitted)

  • 4 tablespoons cherry jello, such as Gefen

  • 1/2 cup hot water

Passion Layer

Directions

Prepare the Cherry Layer

1.

In a medium-size bowl, dissolve the jello in the hot water.

2.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend the cherries well.

Prepare the Passion Layer

1.

Mix all the ingredients together (no blending necessary if the passion is fully defrosted).

Fill the Molds

1.

Fill some of the cherry layer into the molds and freeze for 30 minutes before adding the passion layer.

2.

Repeat for all desired layers.

3.

Once it’s filled till the top, freeze for a few hours or until solid frozen.
