Diets A pareve paleta option, perfect for using our favorite summer fruit.
3 tablespoons Gefen Honey or other sweetener
1/8 teaspoon salt
chili lime seasoning, to sprinkle (see note)
In a blender, process the chopped mango, orange juice, water, honey, and salt, blending until smooth.
Stir in the diced mango.
Pour into 10 popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze until firm, six to eight hours.
To easily remove the paletas from the molds, run the molds under hot water for a few seconds.
If you like, sprinkle chili lime seasoning on the tops of the paletas right before serving.
