These pops are delicious. The passion fruit enhances the mango flavor, and I actually love the combination of the sweet and sour taste. My kids love mango ices, but now this recipe is a winner.
17.64 ounces Beleaves Diced Mango
17.64 ounces Beleaves Seedless Passion Fruit Cubes
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
2/3 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup boiling water
3 eggs (can use pasteurized)
Using a food processor, blend all ingredients.
Blend for 10 minutes.
Pour into molds and freeze.
