Using just a few ingredients, this chocolate cake comes out amazing! This cake puffs up nicely, and is nice and moist inside. This recipe is sure to become a Pesach family favorite!
7 eggs, separated
1 and 1/2 cups sugar, divided
1/2 cup Gefen Potato Starch
1/4 cup Gefen Cocoa
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add one cup sugar, beating until stiff. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat yolks with half a cup sugar, adding potato starch and cocoa. Fold whites into yolk mixture.
Bake in a tube pan for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
