2 (1-pound) boxes pasta shells
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 carrots, shredded
1 zucchini, shredded
9 ounces (1 and 1/8 cups) of Tuscanini Marinara Sauce
3 to 4 garlic cloves, shredded
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
pinch of salt
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a sauté pan and cook meat until brown. Add onions and mix, cooking for two to three minutes.
Add carrots, zucchini, marinara sauce, minced garlic, dill, parsley, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Cook over a medium flame for one hour, stirring occasionally.
To serve, mix together pasta and meat sauce.
