Submitted by frady123 Heartwarming and easy, quick to make n bake, all around delicious dinner.
1/4 c duck sauce
drizzle of Truffle mayo
1-2 Pas Yisrael Flatbread
cubed pastrami
large white onion, diced
1/4 c mayo
I buy Pas Yisroel Flatbread and shmear mayonnaise and a drop of duck sauce on it.
Then, in a frying pan, I saute a large white onion till it’s translucent.
Then add in the pastrami for a little to get it cooked. Then take a slotted spoon, so you don’t end up with tons of extra oil, and spread a thick layer of mixture on the flatbread.
Drizzle some truffle mayo on it and put it in the oven on 400 for 10 to 15 minutes or until it looks crispy and yummy.
