Diets 3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
3 peaches, peeled and chopped
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup Gefen Maple Syrup or honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 and 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 tablespoons Gefen Cornstarch
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Gefen Ground Cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 stick melted margarine
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, peaches, sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Coat the chopped fruit well and place in the bottom of a pie pan or baking dish. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and melted margarine. Place crumbs over fruit layer.
Bake for one hour and enjoy!

Peach apple crisp Can I sub the margarine with oil in this recipe?
A little too sweet for our taste but delicious nonetheless. Will be lessening the sugar in the future. Thank you!
