Prepare the Peach-Apple Crisp

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped apples, peaches, sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, and cinnamon. Coat the chopped fruit well and place in the bottom of a pie pan or baking dish. Set aside.

  3. In another mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and melted margarine. Place crumbs over fruit layer.

  4. Bake for one hour and enjoy!
