Add a little peanut butter for a protein-packed corn pop treat.
7 (1/2-ounce) bags of corn pops
2/3 cup Gefen Light Corn Syrup
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
2/3 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
In a medium-sized pot, add corn syrup and sugar and mix over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When sugar is melted, add chocolate chips and mix until melted.
Add peanut butter and stir until melted, combined, and smooth.
Place corn pops in a very large bowl or pan.
Pour chocolate mixture over corn pops and toss to coat.
Transfer to baking sheet.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, then let cool. Break into pieces, serve, and enjoy.
