Diets Easy, healthy homemade frozen popsicle treats.
Makes 6 servings
Count each serving as a snack.
2 cups Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Gefen Chocolate Chips
1 teaspoon coconut oil
6 popsicle sticks
large dish
parchment paper
Mix the yogurt with peanut butter in a bowl.
Scoop out six servings onto the serving dish covered in parchment paper. Stick a popsicle stick into each one. Place in the freezer.
Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl for approximately 30 seconds.
Once the yogurt mixture is frozen, drizzle or dip the chocolate onto each pop.
