Diets 4 cups flour
2 tablespoons Haddar Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
2/3 cup oil
4 eggs, separated
2 and 1/2 cups water, divided
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1/2 cup Gefen Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
Place the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, peanut butter, oil, egg yolks, and half the water in the bowl of your mixer. Mix well. Add in remaining water.
In a separate bowl, beat the whites. Add one cup sugar. Fold both mixtures together.
Place batter in muffin pans and bake until a toothpick comes out clean.
Place all frosting ingredients in the bowl of your mixer and mix well. Pour over cooled muffins and drizzle with chocolate and chopped peanuts.

is it one cup of sugar in the first mixture and another cup of sugar in the 2nd mixture?
Take one cup of sugar with the first mixture. Whip the egg whites with the second cup of sugar, till stiff. Then combine the two.

one cup of sugar goes with the egg whites – that comes from the total 2 cups brown sugar so only one cup in the first mixture? or is it a third cup not written in ingredients?
