Easy and yummy.
1/2 c peanut butter
1/3 c oil
3/4 c brown sugar
3/4 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 bag chocolate chips
Combine peanut butter, oil, eggs, sugars, and vanilla and mix well. This recipe is so easy you can do that by hand if you’d like to keep your mixer clean 😉
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and mix to form a thick batter.
Spread mixture into a parchment paper-lined 9 x 13 pan and evenly pour the bag of chocolate chips over the top.
Bake on 350 for five minutes and marbleize with a knife. Return to oven and bake until a toothpick inserted returns clean; about 20-25 minutes.
Slice into squares and enjoy.
