1. Mix batter ingredients until well combined. With wet hands, form mixture into 2-inch nuggets, or place in mold of your choice, such as popsicles.
2. Refrigerate until hardened. If using popsicle molds, remove from molds once hardened and add popsicle stick.
3. Melt baking chocolate. Dip nuggets or popsicles into chocolate and then into nuts.
