Ingredients

Pears Wrapped in Beef Fry with Caramel Glaze

  • pears (peeled, cored, and cut into wedges)

  • beef bacon

Directions

1.

Wrap each pear wedge with a strip of beef bacon.

2.

Arrange on a large baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutesm until the beef bacon is cooked and the pears are slightly tender.

3.

Arrange the pears on a large white platter.

4.

Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
