Pears Wrapped in Beef Fry with Caramel Glaze

Pears and beef fry might not seem like an obvious pairing, but trust us—they’re a match made in heaven! The sweet, juicy pears contrast beautifully with the savory, crispy beef fry, creating a flavor profile that will surprise and delight your guests. The addition of the caramel glaze takes this dish to the next level, adding a touch of sweet and salty that makes it even more irresistible.

Ingredients:

– Pears (peeled, cored, and cut into wedges)

– Beef bacon

Caramel balsamic glaze

Directions:

1. Wrap each pear wedge with a strip of beef bacon.

2. Arrange on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30-35 minutes until the beef bacon is cooked and the pears are slightly tender.

3. Arrange the pears on a large white platter.

4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

2. Beets with Garlic Mayo and Raspberry Glaze

This dish brings a burst of color to your platter while offering a refreshing and savory taste. The earthy flavor of the beets, the creamy garlic mayo, and the crisp greens come together in perfect harmony with the fruity raspberry glaze.

3. Beef-Stuffed Medjool Dates with Raspberry Glaze

Medjool dates are a sweet treat on their own, but when you stuff them with savory beef, they take things to a whole new level. The combination of the sweetness of the dates glaze, and the richness of the beef creates an irresistible bite-sized appetizer.

-1/4 onion, thinly sliced

-1/2 lb ground beef

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

-Toasted pine nuts

Raspberry balsamic glaze

Directions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet. Add the onion and sautee for a few minutes until softened and golden. Add in the ground beef, season with spices and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Fold in some toasted pine nuts and stuff into the dates.

2. Arrange the stuffed dates on the platter.

3. Top with microgreens.

4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.

The Perfect Purim Platters

Arrange these three appetizers side by side on large white platters to create a stunning presentation. The simplicity of the white platter allows the vibrant colors of the pears, beets, and dates to pop, making the appetizers the star of your Purim seudah.

These appetizers come together quickly and easily, yet their elegant appearance and bold flavors are sure to impress. With just a few ingredients and minimal prep, you can serve your guests a beautiful spread that is as delicious as it is visually appealing.
