1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
16 ounces broad egg noodles, such as Manischewitz Wide Egg Noodles
6 extra-large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Ground Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine pecans, brown sugar, and butter and spoon into fluted cake pan, bundt pan or two loaf pans.
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and transfer into a large bowl.
Add eggs, sugar, salt, and cinnamon, stirring well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for one hour (less time will be needed if done in two loaf pans).
Remove from the oven and let cook. Turn out onto serving plate, scraping up any pecans that may have stuck to the bottom.
