Yummy and so easy! Everybody loves ’em, so double the recipe!
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup ground walnuts
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Glicks Cooking Spray or oil, for greasing
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together all ingredients, besides chocolate chips, until well-combined. Stir in half of the chips.
Pour batter into a greased eight- by eight-inch pan and sprinkle the rest of the chips on top. Bake 35–40 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.

Delicious and easy. I didn’t have brown sugar so mixed in a bit of honey with the white sugar and it came out great.
