  • 3/4 c cocoa

  • 2 c sugar

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 c potato starch

  • confectioners sugar

mix all ingredients except the confectioners sugar until thick peanut butter like consistency

cover, refrigerate overnight

preheat oven to 350

form balls w wet hands

5.

roll in confectioners sugar

6.

place on cookie sheet

7.

bake 7-9 min should be soft

8.

it hardens as it cools
