Pesach Walnut Cookies (Gluten Free)

Yield: 60 cookies

Directions

Prepare the Walnut Cookies

1.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and beat until stuff peaks form.

2.

Beat yolks and blend all ingredients together.

3.

Drop by the spoonful onto Gefen Parchment Paper lined cookie sheets and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit until golden.
