Classic pesto ingredients meld with delightfully chewy gnocchi to create this different and flavorful dish!
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Parsley
4 cubes Gefen Frozen Basil
1 teaspoon minced dried garlic
1 and 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1 pound (450 grams) regular or Tuscanini Mini Gnocchi, cooked according to package instructions
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds, for garnish
In a large pot, heat heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
Add olive oil, parsley, basil, garlic, and saltĀ and stir until cooked through.
Add prepared gnocchi and mix well to coat.
Serve hot, and garnish generously with sunflower seeds.
