Flaver bomb and super easy, yet have to have it every single Shabbat on repeat.
1 pound of salmon with skin on
3 frozen basil cubes
3 frozen garlic cubes
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 lemon juiced (optional but highly recommended )
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put salmon in a greased baking dish and set aside.
In a small bowl put garlic, basil, and olive oil, and let the cubes defrost.
Once defrosted, add salt, black pepper, and lemon. Mix until well combined.
Pour over salmon.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon internal temperature is 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
