Piña Colada Popsicles


These popsicles are the perfect ending to a barbecue dinner. Light, creamy, and sweet—what could be better?

Yield: 6 cups (about 12 popsicles, but will vary depending on the size of molds)


1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Using a hand blender, blend on low for three minutes.
3. Pour mixture into ice pop molds and freeze at least five hours.
4. When frozen, release from molds and enjoy!
