4 and 1/2 teaspoons yeast
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons oil
2 cups of warm water
1 and 1/2 teaspoons salt
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of cumin
6 cups of flour
tomato sauce
cheese
your favorite pizza toppings
Do not add too much flour, even if the dough is sticky, to keep the dough soft.
Mix all ingredients and let dough sit for 1/2 hour.
Open your sauce cans.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In the meantime prepare your favorite toppings. I used: * onions and sun-dried tomatoes * tuna with a garlic mayo * broccoli * regular plain pizza cheese * diced olive salad
Line five 9-inch round pans with parchment paper. Flatten the dough into the pans. Bake each pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut out a round circle in the middle with a tablespoon measuring spoon.
Add tomato sauce, cheese, and favorite toppings to each pie.
Bake each pie separately for another 20 minutes.
Take out of oven and stack!
Slice and binge! All the flavors combined are divine!
