Our favorite pizza dough

Ingredients

Pizza Dough - Rivky

  • 1 C Water

  • 2 1/2 tsp Yeast

  • 3 TBS Sugar

  • 2 1/2 to 3 C Flour

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 TBS Oil

Mix water, yeast and sugar. Let proof for 10 minutes. Meanwhile put flour, salt and oil in bowl. Add yeast mixture. Mix till dough forms. Let rise for 1 hour
